В праздничную зимнюю пору все такое вкусное! А еще — вредное, особенно дети. Попробуй не дай ребенку десятую конфету и заставь съесть суп вместо колбаски, еще и спать уложи не позже девяти вечера… Однако стоит не только пробовать, но и с упорством спартанца настаивать на плавном течении будней — считает наш консультант, врач-педиатр высшей категории Ольга Николаевна Щука.

Сладко — аж гадко!

На магазинных полках выстроились яркие коробки — наполненные конфетами домики, елочки, Деды Морозы и Снегурки. Собираясь в гости, уважающее хозяев семейство обязательно купит мешок-другой сладостей, если в доме есть дети. А детские утренники? Только «плановых» у детей обычно минимум две штуки — в школе (или садике) и в каком-нибудь кружке. Да еще «культпоходы на елки» — платные утренники в театрах… А Рождество, когда бабушки-дедушки осыпают внуков конфетным дождем?
«Уважаемые родители, прочтите, что входит в состав всех этих конфет — шоколадок-вафелек-печенек, которые фигурируют в подарочных наборах! Красители, стабилизаторы, всевозможные пищевые добавки, большое количество жиров… В подарках много шоколадных конфет, которыми детей до средней школы вообще желательно баловать очень изредка и в минимальных количествах… Да и не секрет, что свежестью все эти подарки похвастать не могут, ведь фасуют их задолго до Нового года!» — таково мнение детского врача. Конечно, «экспроприировать» сладкую диверсию у деток немыслимо — у них отличная память! Что ж, лично я «партизаню»: заранее заготовляю замену обильно-шоколадному «наполнению» коробок. Немного разных конфеток более «гуманного» вида — леденцов, карамелек, мармеладных конфет, баранок, «безобидных» печеньиц, которые заворачиваю в разноцветную фольгу… Их не слишком изысканный вкус компенсирую «сюрпризами» — вкладываю под самодельную обертку наклеечки, печатные «приколы» из Интернета, пожелания, шутливые «фанты» с заданиями, которые надо выполнить. Для заполнения пустот в коробках кладу еще и небольшую пустяковую игрушечку. Поверьте, удовольствия — море! Главное в этом деле — донести подарок до дома (ну, карамельку оттуда все же можно для начала) и чем-то отвлечь ребенка на пять минут, пока меняете содержимое яркой коробки.

Застолье — в подполье!

К праздникам мы готовимся в основном на кухне. Салаты с майонезом, холодец, побольше сыра в запеченное мясо, жира — в голубцы, колбаска крошится в оливье, отвариваются кальмары… Если по-современному — в магазине закупаются деликатесы и готовится одно сногсшибательное блюдо. Но в течение праздника в любом семействе столы все равно ломятся от блюд. А как же — семейство дома, праздники, телек, гости… «Это всё — для взрослых. Папы и мамы, уделите внимание питанию своего ребенка! Конечно, нелегко в суматохе праздников, притом что у вас полон холодильник яств, варить и четко в обеденное время давать ребенку супчик, а утром, даже после вечеринки, — кашу. Однако делать это необходимо! Еще и следить, чтобы ваши дети не тащили со стола бесконтрольно колбаску, ветчинку, сырок, соленые огурчики, маслины, икорку, селедку...
Свирепствовать в праздники, конечно, не стоит. Но баловство в еде должно быть ограниченным. Ведь если каждый день в течение двух недель ребенок будет нарушать свой обычный пищевой рацион (прибавьте к сладостям цитрусовые и колбаски-огурчики!), его организм может не справиться с нагрузкой и ответить отравлением, обострением различных дискинезий… Причем тогда, когда уже пора идти в школу! «Несбалансированное питание — сильный удар по желудочно-кишечному тракту и иммунной системе. А царящую ныне в телевизоре рекламу всяких «волшебных таблеток» я вообще считаю дикостью: ешь-пей, стало плохо — выпей, к примеру, мезим, и ешь-пей дальше. Варварство!» Прислушайтесь к мнению специалиста! Ну и к просьбе ребенка в 7 утра 1 января: «Мама, вставай варить кашу!»

Обычная картина: взрослые «устамши», дети часами смотрят телек или играют на компьютере… Выезжайте на прогулки в парки, на дачные пикники (но не слишком долгие) — пусть дети погоняют, а отсидев застольные несколько часов, отправляйтесь с детьми гулять. Но не петарды-фейерверки пускать — эти непредсказуемые спецэффекты детям желательно наблюдать издалека, из закрытых помещений. И помните, что нарушение плавного течения дел чревато сильным ослаблением иммунитета у детей и, как следствие, — повышенной склонностью «дать зеленый свет» простуде и инфекции.
